- **Non-Delivery** - Items not delivered within 48 hours despite being online
- **Unauthorized Purchases** - Verified fraudulent transactions
## Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Items that have been used, consumed, or activated
- Account bans or punishments for rule violations
- Server resets, wipes, or scheduled maintenance
- Items transferred to another player
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
## Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Removal of all purchased items
- Permanent ban from our services

## How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your **order ID** and **Minecraft username**

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within:
- **Credit/Debit Cards** - 5-10 business days
- **PayPal** - 3-5 business days
- **Cryptocurrency** - Subject to review (original payment method when possible)
